Write determination and the WebApp sends message to applicant automatically (use submit button + check “send message to applicant” checkbox :ballot\_box\_with\_check:) 2. Write determination message but the WebApp does **not** send message to applicant automatically (use submit button + uncheck “send message to applicant” checkbox:ballot\_box\_with\_check:) \ We would not send a message for example when it's a spam application or if it's a duplicate. Sometimes we want to close the application on the platform without sending a notification out. Another example is when the applicant doesn't want any emails sent to them for security reasons. We would create the determination and send them a notification via a different communication channel, i.e., signal. {% endhint %}
