Staff Admin & Admin

OTF team members with the Staff Admin or Admin have the same administrative rights as the Staff user role as well as additional administrative access. This access include:

Archive

This functionality enable submissions to be moved from the main database (ie all submissions). An archived submission is no longer searchable and does not appear on any tables to Staff. Users could also move submissions from the archive and back to the main database 'all submissions.'

Drafts

Applicants could save their submission as a draft. Staff could not view drafts, and could only view applications once submitted. Staff Admin are able to view drafts before these applications have been submitted.

Export CSV

Staff Admin could export submissions from a specific round as csv or spreadsheet.

When necessary, OTF could decide to mitigate what Staff could access on the platform and assign more administrative access to Staff Admin.
