First time using the application platform?

To get access to the platform, OTF must first register your name and email address in the backend of the platform. Make sure that the platform has the email address that you would like to use to log- in and receive notifications about application reviews.

Once you have confirmed that OTF has registered your preferred email address the next step is creating a password to log in.

Go to the password reset page linked below, enter your email address and click “reset password”. Shortly afterwards you should receive an email from [e-mail] including a link for you to create a password. Please follow the link to set your password.

Once your password is set up you can log into your account in the application platform.

If you have previously logged in to the OTF application platform, please go to OTF’s website and click the “My OTF” button in the top right corner. Enter your registered email address and password.

How to edit your personal account?

To change your account details, click on the account name on the top right corner of the screen. Here you can update your account name and/or email address by entering the new information and then clicking “Update Profile”.

You can also change your password and set up two factor authentication for added security. To go back to the dashboard, click the “dashboard” button at the top of the screen.
