Partner

The Partner role could view, edit, and submit a comment (via the platform communication tab) about a specific application they have been assigned. A OTF's program staff would need to manually assign this user account to a particular application.

Within OTF the partner role could be used for fellowship host organizations, service providers, or an individual that is associated with the applicant, etc. During the application phase, a "partner" could view the application but is unable to submit a review. This role could be used when two or more people are collaborating on a single application; one applicant gets Applicant role, and other individuals could be assigned the Partner role. OTF also uses the partner role for fellowship host organizations, service providers, etc.

The Partner could view and edit any application that has been assigned to them. Applications assigned to the Partner are available on their dashboard

The Partner role could be associated or assigned to an application by clicking on Partner button in the Actions to take > Assign.
