Application Form Checklist

👋Welcome! We’re excited you’ve decided to create a NEW Application Form.

  1. Give your application form a name

  2. Add Required fields into your form: Application title, Email, Full name, and Duration

  3. Form Fields are associated with question types. Learn more about custom and fields here [attach to documentation & training videos]

  4. Select the form field you need to render the application form you want.

  5. Click on arrows on the upper right hand side to move fields up and down

  6. Save your application form.
