Create Review Forms

• [ Apply ] > [ Review Forms ]

• You can either:

  • Create a new form

  • Reuse an existing form

  • Clone an existing form

• In a similar way to Application Forms there are several types of fields that you can use:

• Fields

  • Standard selection of form fields and inline text (paragraph)

  • The Score field includes a richtext component and a score dropdown. The average of all score fields will be used to calculate the overall score of the review.

• Required

  • As above, must be included only once.
