Application

The key elements on each application include Submission Details, Communications, and the Activity Feed.

Submission Details

The main body contains the applicant’s submission.

The Actions to take panel enables you to carry out a variety of tasks. The Update status dropdown menu allows you to select send a determination, move the application to a particular status for review or discussion, progress the application to next stage by inviting the applicant to submit a proposal, or to complete your review by dismissing the application.

The panel below this one is Determinations. Here you will find a history of previously sent determinations or determination drafts. There is also the option to Add determination, enabling you to draft and send another determination or correspondence to the applicant.

The next most commonly used panel is Screening status for you to tag whether an application is within scope.

Reviews that have been submitted, you can review a specific review or select View all to access multiple reviews.

Related submissions is the link to applications that are associated with the applicant and past submissions the applicant has submitted. Applications are linked by the applicant's email address.

Activity Feed

Review an applicant’s most recent revision to see what changes they’ve made. Clicking on the Activity Feed leads you to an applicant’s most recent version. You will see a side-by-side comparison of the original and the revised version with the latest changes.

Communication

An applicant could have also responded to a program manager’s determination by submitting a comment in the Communications tab.
