The round lead could change or reassign the lead of any submission within the webapp. The lead receives notifications in the slack channel, these notifications include when an application has been submitted, there’s a new comment, or an applicant has edited their submission among others.

There are three different methods to change a ‘Lead’:

Method #1 - This could be changed for a single submission or multiple submissions as a batch action. Select a submission or multiple submissions via rounds (not all submissions). The option to change the Status, assign the Lead, or assign Reviewers should appear:

Method #2 You can change the lead directly on the submission by clicking on the lead button

Method #3 You can change the lead directly on the Fund, Lab, or Fellowship application within Wagtail admin.
