The 'Round' dashboard contains many columns that are helpful for managing applications. Here are a few essential columns:

Lead is an individual designated as the person responsible for this round, or someone who has taken over the management of this application. Screening lets you know whether an application is inside or outside remit. You could use this column to filter applications that have been designated as inside and outside remits. The Reviews column provides you with a great deal of information. You will be able to see whether someone has already signed up for a review ('Assgn.') and reviews submitted or completed under 'Comp.' Status means workflow status. As Round Lead you will be responsible for steering an application from status to status. Category is used for proposal thematic areas like Technology, Digital Security, Community Convening, and Research. Terms could be used for tagging an application that could be a good fit for a lab or require a meeting.

During the third week many of your colleagues are wrapping up their reviews. Use this dashboard for a bird's-eye view of all concept notes that have been submitted to your round. Concept notes with two reviewers could mean this concept note is ready for discussion during a review call, or have received double no's and is ready for a dismiss.

As Lead, you will need to decide which submission will be discussed during a review call. A url or link of submissions that are ready for discussion during a review call could be created by filtering for the Ready for Discussion status.

The first filter Statuses could be used to narrow down applications that could be discussed during a review call. This filter could be used to create a unique url or link, or for you to have an overview of every application that is in this stage.

All concept notes with two double no's could be moved to the Ready for Preliminary Determination status, and could be shared with the program team either during a review call or in Slack. Think of the Ready for Preliminary Determination status as a parking lot until you are ready to draft and send out determinations for these applications.

You could use a batch or bulk action to change the status of multiple applications. You could also change the lead, sign up for reviews, or assign reviewers of multiple applications by selecting one or more application.
