Scroll down to the right hand side of the application screen and you will see the Add determination button. Clicking on this button will take you to the draft determination.

Determinations could be drafted and sent as a batch action

You could select a single submission or multiple submissions via All Submissions. To select submissions, click on the box next to the submission or submission(s). You can also select the box next to Title to select all. All submissions MUST HAVE the SAME STATUS to complete the batch action. After submissions have been selected, click on the Status button.

A pop up will enable you to select from several determination options, including dismiss, accepted, or request more information, etc. Each dismiss or drop letter sent will be documented in the activity feed of each submission whether it was sent as a batch action or individual determination.
