  1. Build

Create a new Lab application

I want to create a new Lab application

Labs are much simpler than Funds:

  1. Create Application Form

    • As Fund

  2. Create Lab

    • Define:

      • Lab name (title)

      • Workflow

      • Forms

      • Lead

      • Reviewers

      • Confirmation Email

  3. Publish

Because Labs are always considered Open while the Lab is published there is no need to create Rounds. If you no longer want to accept Applications Just unpublish the Lab.

You are able to make changes to the lab at any point. Existing Submissions will be unaffected as they hold a record to all the relevant information from the Lab they applied to.

Large-scale changes (removing/changing fields) on the application form should be done with the Lab unpublished to prevent users being inconvenienced.
