Step 1 - First Week

Your responsibility as the Lead of a particular month or round starts the first week. During this initial week Program Specialists will complete the initial screening of concept notes, designating which concept notes are inside or outside remit.

You will coordinate with the Program Specialist to share urls or links to all submissions outside remits and inside remits with the rest of the program team in Slack. Outside remits are sent 'dismiss' determinations as a batch or bulk action, this functionality enables the program team to send multiple applications the same message.

Outside Remit

Outside remit concept notes could remain in Need screening (see image below).

Inside Remit

Inside Remit concept notes should have the workflow status OTF Review, and awaiting program staff to submit their reviews. As the Lead you could change this status from Need screening to Open Review.

Applications designated as OTF Review could be filtered as Internal Review.
