There are several methods to communicate with someone else on the platform.

Staff has access to all comments regardless of the user's selection in the Visible to setting.

The Partner role are host organizations, service providers, and other external entities outside of OTF. Please go to the section on user roles for more information.

To communicate or send a message, you will need to select a specific role that would have access to this communication or message. For example, to communicate with an applicant, the user needs to select 'Applicant(s)' in Visible to.
