Which Statuses are Automated?
Submissions with two assigned reviewers, one primary and one secondary, will automatically move from Screening to Internal Review status in the workflow - note that this will notify the applicant.
Submissions that have received two reviews will automatically move from βInternal Reviewβ to βReady for Discussion.β Note that the applicant will be notified about this change.
All double noβs could be moved to βReady for Preliminary Determination.β This action wonβt notify the applicant and indicates to the team no further discussion is required. A dismiss determination could be sent when a submission is at the Ready for Preliminary Determination status.
When Can an Applicant EDIT Submissions?
If you are going to solicit more information, send a βNeed more Informationβ determination message. The status will change to βMore info required.β The applicant could EDIT the submission when the submission is in the βMore info requiredβ status.
