Groups

The main navigation menu has been reorganised, placing site configuration options in a ‘Settings’ submenu. This includes two new items, which were previously only available through the Django admin backend: ‘Groups’, for setting up user groups with a specific set of permissions, and ‘Sites’, for managing the list of sites served by this Wagtail instance.

Reviewer	AC reviewer for IFF, ICFP, etc.	Could view a proposal when assigned by staff; can add review
Partner	Host Organization for ICFP	Could view a proposal when assigned by staff; can not add review
Applicant	Anyone who has submitted an application receives a user account automatically	View their application; send comments to staff
Staff	Reviews and approves submissions	Full access to Submissions (limited access to Project Page)
Partner	Service Provider for labs	Could view a proposal when assigned by staff; can not add review
Partner	Contractor or vendor in Projects page	On the Project page they could submit invoices, upload signed contract, view the status of their contract and invoice submitted
Staff Admin	Staff member could disable 2FA; access certain views within Hypha; Global settings	Full access to submissions and project page
Admin	High level of credentials - so high Di doesn’t even know
Finance	view ALL invoices submitted from PM’s; communicate with PM’s about invoices; approves invoices that have been reviewed by PM’s
Contracting	view ALL PAF’s submitted to PM’s; communicate with PM’s about contracts
Contracting + Approver	PAF approvers
