Currently users can copy, clone, or duplicate a Fund before creating a new form. Duplicating a Fund/Lab also duplicates the forms associated with that particular Fund or Lab. Users can not preview form, Fund needs to be published on live site for users to view draft or completed version

Setting Up a New IFF Round

  1. Open WebApp and click the bird icon on the bottom-right corner, then click the “Go to Wagtail admin” pop-up

  2. Click Apply > Rounds

3. Go to the most recent IFF round and click the Edit button:

4. Add the last day of the month as the end date for that round (this will allow you to open the new round on the first of the following month)

5. Save and then publish

NOTE: an application deadline for the last of the month will appear on the website, but this will be temporary since the next round starts the following day

6. Next, copy the most recent IFF round by clicking the “Copy” button (all the forms associated with IFF will copy over)

7. Update the title and slug. For example, if you’re creating the November 2021 round, the name and slug will be: IFF-2021-11

NOTE: you might have to wait several minutes between setting an end date for the previous round and setting up the new round, as the system may need time to update. If you find that you can’t save the new round because you get a warning that it overlaps with another open round, then this is a sign you need to wait.

8. Enter the Round Lead PM’s name

9. Enter the Start Date (1st of the month) and leave the End Date field blank (this is a remnant from when there were application deadlines for applicants)

10. Check to ensure the correct AC reviewers highlighted

11. Save and publish (no one needs to review it). This ensures that the application is publicly visible to users.
