# Disabling 2FA

The 'Staff Admin' user role could disable 2FA in Wagtail. 

As a 'Staff Admin' you will be able to disable 2FA on user accounts by clicking on the green **Disable 2FA** button associated with each user account.

The platform will prompt you to authorize this by requesting you to input your password.&#x20;
