Funds are managed in a series of rounds. The Round has a start date and an optional end date, during this time applicants can submit applications to it. The Fund object behaves as a template for all new rounds created, and you can configure some aspects of the round once it is created.

Create application form

  • [ Apply ] > [ Application Forms ]

  • Add new application form

  • When creating the form you can choose from the following types of fields to include in the form

Category

  • Category fields cover common OTF questions which should be consistent between projects. They are configured in [ Apply ] > [ Category Questions ]

Question Fields

  • Allows you to create questions relevant to your application form.

  • Allows customisation of question (label), help text, default values and whether the field is required in most instances.

Paragraph Text

  • Allow you to add title, sections and text to the application form.

Required Fields

  • These fields are required on all application forms at a minimum

  • They can be included in any order on the form

  • They must only be included once

  • The form will fail to validate if these fields are not present.
