On this page you will be able to see the funds and labs that are currently accepting applications.
On many application forms you will see questions that are required. Questions with an asterisk require an answer, and the platform will not accept your application if these questions do not have an answer.
OTF's application platform accepts several file types, including .doc, .docx, .odp, .ods, .odt, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .rtf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx. Invalid file types will receive an error message in red and will not be attached to the application when submitted.
There are several buttons at the end of your application. Each button represent a different action or next step you could take in the application process.
Submit for review means you have completed your application and would like it to be reviewed by OTF.
Save draft means if you could save a version of your application and return to work on this version later. A draft version of your application will not be reviewed by OTF. You will be able to return to it anytime and select to submit this application for review anytime.
You also have the option to use the function Copy questions to clipboard to copy and paste any questions as text on to a different document. This would enable you to work on the application on a separate document outside OTF's application platform.
When you submit your application for review or save draft you will see a landing page with a message. Below is an example of a message you could potentially see. After you have submitted or saved a draft of your application, an automated email will be sent to your inbox
